The third and final phase of Elements, Viridian’s 55+ active living community, is scheduled to release the last 272 homesites in early 2025.
Like previous phases, the last neighborhood in Elements will feature a broad array of homesites and floor plan options. Drees Custom Homes will build their floor plans geared towards 55+ buyers on 60’ homesites. Encore by David Weekley Homes will offer floor plans in their Garden, Signature and Traditional Series on 35’, 45’ and 50’ homesites. Pre-selling for this neighborhood will be announced in 2025.
