Serving as Chief of Staff and Director of Marketing of Viridian since the community’s inception, Debra Meers oversees all sales and marketing efforts, working closely with builders and Realtors, as well as developing the community’s brand and ensuring it is accurately reflected across all channels. In her role as Chief of Staff, she also manages executive operations, coordinates strategic initiatives, and supports the leadership team in decision-making processes.
Debra has a background in accounting and was land development operations manager for a local home builder before transitioning to Huffines Communities and later The Nehemiah Company as Director of Marketing. In recognition of her considerable skills, Debra was named “Marketing Professional of the Year” in the 2016 McSam Awards presented by the Dallas Builders Association. She served on the board of directors of the Fort Worth Builders Association and on the executive committee for the Arlington Convention Bureau’s Christkindl Market.
