Who We Are

Our Team

Rachel Coward

Assistant Project Manager

Rachel graduated with honors from Texas A&M University and earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design with a Minor in Art and Architecture History. She was working in HKS’s healthcare division while pursuing a Masters in Architecture when her passion for real estate began. As senior editor of the journal, UTA Center for Metropolitan Density Research, she oversaw the publishing of her studio’s research on how greater density development produces the most economically productive, fiscally efficient, environmentally sustainable, and culturally supportive environments. After this experience, she instead pursued her Texas Real Estate License. As an agent, Rachel has worked with top producing agents, providing transaction coordination and marketing assistance. Now at The Nehemiah Company, Rachel focuses on research, project management, and marketing of future master-planned communities in the Dallas Fort Worth Metropolitan Area.

She enjoys volunteering at Mission Arlington, being a CASA, and participating in ULI’s WLI initiatives.  She is an active member of the Viridian Sailing Center Advisory Board and oversees the development of the training curriculum.
